LIDO PROSECCO DOC BRUT, newly added to the Canella range. The most amazing thing about the Lido Prosecco DOC Brut is the quality of the perlage. From the outset, the wine is topped with a soft white foam that lingers for a few seconds. Abundant, fine bubbles continually rise from the bottom of the glass and tickle the palate without being overpowering. This wine has aromas of citrus, apple, pear and white peach. Barely opened, it is fresh and clean, while the perfect balance between all the components comes a few seconds later. Food and wine pairings: An excellent aperitif, but also an excellent accompaniment for the whole meal. 11% alcohol – Serving temperature: 7/8°C – Charmat fermentation method.
