Fresh mandarins of the Greek variety from the island of Chios and cloves, cinnamon and allspice selected from organic producers. This vinegar has a light yellow color with rosy reflections, aromas of Chios mandarins and tropical fruits. Strong sour taste with hints of cloves and allspice on the finish.
