Our mission is to offer organic, healthy recipes based on wild fish from responsible and local fishing. We put people at the heart of our approach.
Our recipes are simple, made from organic ingredients. Very little salted, they are 100% NATURAL, without additives or dyes.
The Basque Country, the inspiration for our traditional recipes, is also the anchor of our short and local circuit.
Member of the Culinary College of France, our Sardine in Olive Oil receives the Epicure d'Or in 2021.
