What makes chocolate so special?
Our chocolate is made only from organic cocoa and organic coconut blossom sugar. Both ingredients are mixed homogeneously in a complex process at the Kündig company.
Since we do not use any additives, this "pretreatment" is necessary. Packed in sacks, it comes back mixed and filled in the well-known and lovingly designed 200g packs. Since we use coconut blossom sugar from Java, which only has a GI (glycemic index) of 35, diabetics can also enjoy our chocolate in moderation.
What is the difference between normal drinking chocolate and our chocolate?
- Without additives (without soy lecithin, flavorings and emulsifiers)
- Only with fair organic coconut blossom sugar (therefore better suited for diabetics)
- High cocoa content (our chocolate contains at least 40% cocoa)
- Sustainable packaging
- Naturally vegan, gluten-free and without allergens
- Proven origin & quality
Of course, our chocolate is completely processed and bottled in Germany.
We source the high-quality organic cocoa from the Dominican Republic and Sierra Leone and the organic coconut blossom sugar from Indonesia (Java).
The chocolate is an in-house brand and is only available in this quality from whole sugar.
