La Diablotine is a light and original aperitif. It is the subtle blend of white wine, white rum and macerated fruits. With its 14% alcohol, La Diablotine is one of the weakest aperitifs in France. It is eaten pure and very fresh. It will stand the freezer for about an hour before being served or may possibly be accompanied by ice cubes.
The Diablotine can also be consumed in a cocktail with Crément, Vouvray, Champagne, white beer, blond beer, sparkling water, etc. Always by mixing half Diablotine and half bubbles.
The Diablotine will keep very well in the fridge or at room temperature between 6 months and a year after opening...
