Duvet d’Anjou knitting yarn

Duvet d’Anjou wool is a very soft and warm fluffy yarn. 
The term wool refers to sheep's wool. 
Once sheared, the wool is sorted then washed to remove plant debris and suint (animal fat). 
Angora comes from the all-white, long-haired Angora rabbit, bred in Anjou, France. 
The hair is particularly fine and soft.
