Maison Clarance is an artisanal mustard factory located in Digny, in Eure et Loir.
Since 2014, we have chosen to reintroduce the cultivation of mustard on our farm in order to offer a product directly from the producer.
We grow, harvest and process.
Our mustard, ground with a stone mill, offers a unique taste in which all the aromas are preserved.
Each recipe is the result of human work and rigorous know-how.
Winner of the 2017 and 2019 Epicures Prize.
