2014: First attempts at growing pumpkins in open fields, with the aim of selecting the species and varieties best suited to our land and climate.
2018: ARRIVAL OF THE FIRST BOTTLES OF VELOUTÉ!
After the abandonment of the fresh market in competition with so-called “ORGANIC” pumpkins from all over the world. We opt for growing pumpkin and butternut, which we decide to process as soon as the harvest is harvested.
2019: Fascinated by the taste potential and nutritional qualities of Pumpkin and Butternut, we are launching into the exciting world of recipes based on these two wonderful vegetables or fruits
2020: GRANNY SYL’ IS BORN
Browsing the recipe notebook of a mother who became a grandmother, passionate about cooking with taste and sharing who has dedicated her life to childhood and a little boy fond of soups, The desire to share this universe with you is imposed by offering you a whole range of products
2021: Anxious to offer you quality products, Mamie Syl’ has chosen to entrust and develop the recipes for her products to professional artisans from her geographical and human surroundings:
