This vinegar is produced from Savoie white wine (jacquère grape variety) using the traditional Orléans method. Given time, the oxygen in the air naturally transforms the wine into vinegar. This slow method allows us to preserve all the aromas from the grapes, which gives our production an incomparable flavor. 3 months in oak barrels are necessary to obtain this quality.
