A triple distilled blend of malted barley, wheat and rye spirits, finished in American Bourbon and Virgin Oak casks, with a finished ABV of 40%. All the tasting and blending has been done in-house and our blending has been validated by leading whiskey critic and judge Norman Mathison, who has provided us with the following tasting notes
