These mini muffins are made in our workshop in Noyon (60) *They are palm oil free to reduce saturated fatty acid content and to avoid deforestation *No flavoring in the recipe! (no need, it's good... we'll let you judge!) Like any good recipe, good ingredients: semi-wholemeal rice flour, French eggs from free-range hens**, fair trade cane sugar… and of course real extra raspberry jam!
