APPLICATION To diffuse: Add a few drops to your diffuser and allow the Fennel essential oil to diffuse As a smelling bottle as desired As a bath additive: Mix 5 drops with a little cream, milk (also oat or almond milk) or a base oil and add to the bath water Stimulating massage oil: Mix 1 drop with 10ml base oil, recommended if you feel unwell in the abdominal region Sauna: Put 5 drops of Fennel essential oil in a cup of water and use for the infusion
