Picholine Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oleisys®

An exceptional organic monovarietal olive oil, winner "Gourmet de France" and in partnership with the Toques Blanches International: It is on the Moroccan Atlantic coast between Safi and Essaouira that the OLEISYS house settles for the development of this exceptional vintage. An organic extra virgin olive oil which has the particularity of being entirely from Picholine du Languedoc, an old variety originating from the French region of Gard and cultivated all around the Mediterranean. The result is an organic, single-variety extra virgin olive oil that surprises with its fruitiness and aromatic persistence. Controlled organic production The plots of olive trees used in the Les Jardins d'Oleisys range are cultivated according to the European organic farming standard, which excludes any use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
