This soup is cooked in an artisanal cannery in Charente, which promotes an ultra-local approach to sourcing ingredients.  This approach allows us to maintain a close relationship with organic farmers in the region. •Transform so as not to throw away. Our partner processes all of its ingredients in its workshop and employs 7 people.
