Niora pepper flakes - SWEET

Niora (ñora) is a Spanish sweet pepper. Its flavor is close to an Espelette pepper but its spiciness is more subtle. Its flake shape adds texture and will enhance most of your dishes. It goes particularly well with fish, eggs and white meats, but it can be used everywhere without the risk of going wrong. Take care that the flakes do not burn or they may become bitter. It tolerates heat quite well, you can use it during or at the end of cooking to exacerbate its flavor.
