Cardamom Essential Oil

Belonging to the ‘Ginger family’, Cardamom has a sweet and distinct fragrance which creates a positive atmosphere and promotes mental clarity-making it ideal for use in air diffusers. Cardamom, due to its unique flavour and aroma is added to numerous teas, sweets etc. It is known to be beneficial to the digestive system. It is also an excellent addition to carrier oils (olive oil, almond oil etc.) for an aromatic massage. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: • Use it as an air diffuser to create an invigorating atmosphere promoting mental clarity. • Mix 3-4 drops cardamom essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil like and apply topically for a comforting and fragrant body massage. • Put 5-6 drops of cardamom essential oil in your bathtub for an aromatic spa like experience. • Add 2 drops to your black tea, coffee, smoothie or food for enhanced taste and flavour.
