Petite Couronne beers are natural beers on lees, unpasteurized, brewed with respect for tradition and with a taste for innovation. We brew 10 hectoliters per week and the entire production chain is handled by us!
We are located in the heart of Hauts-de-Seine, at the port of Gennevilliers. Our desire is to produce a quality beer, made with raw materials from local agriculture. Promote short circuits to limit CO² emissions. All our malts come from the Soufflet malting plant in Nogent sur Seine, less than 100 km from our brewery, it's simple, there is no closer.
Concerned about our ecological footprint, we are constantly looking for partnerships to recycle brewing waste. Dregs can be used as animal feed or as a protective fertilizer for farmers. Some even like them in the form of cakes or risotto!
