BONITO FROM THE NORTH IN EVOO

Bonito fillets preserved in olive oil, caught in the Sea Cantabrian and handcrafted. 

Packaged in jar glass. The northern albacore is one of the best valued species among tunas. 

It is characterized by an exquisite flavor, a soft texture and a white color.                                                                            Its capture takes place in the Cantabrian Sea through traditional fishing processes. 

It is done one by one and with a hook so that the fish does not suffer and can later offer meat beautiful, high quality.                                                                            Weight: 230 gr.
