A symphony of indulgence – delicious marzipan balls covered in dark chocolate melt in hot pistachio rice pudding. Even Mozart would have melted away. Preparation for 250 g (approx. 5 dessert portions): 1. Empty 650 ml of hot water into a wide, coated pan. 2. Stir in rice pudding. 3. Cook on high for 17 minutes until most of the water has evaporated. 4. Add 150 ml milk and stir until the rice pudding is boiling. 5. Remove pan from hot plate. 6. Leave the rice pudding to rest in the pan for 12 minutes, stir briefly in the meantime, sweeten if necessary and refine with butter - done! + Topping idea: pistachios
