We roast our Piquillo peppers over firewood from Haya and peel them without water to preserve all their flavor. We cut them into strips and roast them again in a special marinade. As a finishing touch, we season them with extra virgin olive oil. The result is a sweet pepper with a more intense Piquillo flavor. Also with only 6.5% fat.
