•40x40 or   50x50 cm in size • hand-woven cushion cover made of natural cotton, available with or without filling • Perfect as a decorative eye-catcher on a bed or sofa • lovingly packaged plastic-free • 100% handmade and fair trade Our cushion covers blend naturally into your home with their fine, soft cotton.   Filigree black lines combined with the attached fringes give Flores a unique touch and are also timeless and unobtrusive.    The pillow has an envelope closure on the back.   Please hand wash cold only, do not bleach and do not dry in the sun. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------- Mass weight: (Length x Width): -40x40cm; 0.15kg -50x50cm; 0.19kg -------------------------------------------------- ------------------- Material: cotton Our pillowcases are made from plant fibers.   They therefore smell and feel wonderfully natural.    We use cotton from local farmers in Java for our products.   The cotton fields are naturally fertilized and the cotton bolls are picked by hand.   The cotton is then separated from the capsule in a ginning machine.   The cotton obtained is pressed into bales, combed and spun into yarn by hand.   After the yarn has been spun, the craftsmen process it by hand on traditional wooden looms.   Cotton is characterized by its absorbency and skin-friendliness.   Our cotton is not chemically processed and is therefore not suitable for the tumble dryer.   The products should be ironed at low temperatures. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------- Place of production: This cushion cover is handmade in Java, Indonesia.   When selecting our local producers, we value fair pay and good working conditions.   Only adult and experienced artisans work in the companies from which we purchase our goods.   No harmful chemicals are used during production.   Since all work steps are carried out by hand, the production process hardly produces any greenhouse gas emissions.   We ensure all of this through regular on-site visits and ongoing personal contact with the companies.
