Zucca tiramisu

A pumpkin cream and a sponge cake soaked in chicory. All our ingredients come from organic farming in the Ile-de-France except chicory. For the moment, it is impossible to find organic and Ile-de-France cream from our farmers. We do our best to find the rare pearl!
