Risotto Bottarga & Scorza Di Limone, risotto italiano pronto da cuocere con condimento - 3 porzioni

Italian premium rice, bottarga (tuna's eggs) and lemon zest are the main ingredients of this creamy Italian risotto. Just add water and extra virgin olive oil to enjoy an authentic risotto as you were in Italy! Cooks in 16/18 minutes and contains just natural ingredients. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 16/18 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring to boil 700 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 16 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Add optional 1 knob of butter before serving. SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. During cooking add 1/2 glass of white wine and, just before serving, add some fresh parsley, a pinch of white pepper, light body extra virgin olive oil and some fried bread crumbs.
