Translyvanian Wild Flower Honey (Romania)

From the foot of the Transylvanian Alps. Harvested from wild flowers from the Carpathian Mountains in Romania. An idyllic part of the world where much of the land has never been ploughed. The taste: The honey reflects the taste from the nectar of wild thistle, mint and thyme. This honey has an amazing taste in depth and comes highly recommended from the Travelling Bee Company. Great with porridge, on toast and with desserts.
