Long Caserecce are a characteristic pasta shape, which brings to mind busiata pasta, made with busi, or knitting needles. It is precisely the "curved" shape that makes this pasta suitable for accompanying even less full-bodied sauces, despite its smooth surface. All Valle del Crati durum wheat semolina pasta is handcrafted using only selected Italian grains; it is bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures, so as to maintain a high content of proteins and nutrients. Uses in the kitchen Caserecce go perfectly with both traditional sauces and the simpler and more delicious ones, based on ingredients such as aubergines, ricotta, cherry tomatoes and anything else that inspires creativity. Tips for perfect cooking - Use 6 liters of water per 500 g - Add salt and when the water boils, pour in the pasta. - Stir occasionally. - Once cooked, drain and season to taste. - Cooking time: 10-12 min.
