The most beautiful Bourbon vanilla pods, carefully harvested and prepared by hand in the Sambava region, in the North-East of Madagascar. Their heady fragrance reveals vanilla, sweet, cocoa, balsamic notes... an explosion of flavors. Of Gourmet Grand Cru quality, these pods have been ripened in the sun for several weeks to reach the ideal humidity level for baking: 33 to 35%. 1 kg is equivalent to approximately 200/240 pods of 18 to 20 cm Do not hesitate to consult our other vanillas (Madagascar Bio, Comoros, Tahiti, Indonesia), as well as our range of exceptional spices.
