YUZU ULTRA Liquor

This very fresh Yuzushu is made with Maison Chiyomusubi sake and yuzu juice and has sweet citrus aromas. Its delicate citrus taste is invigorating: with just the right amount of power and acidity, this yusushu is a very nice product. Its attack is fresh with measured sweetness and reveals a slight bitterness in the mid-palate which complicates the whole and ends with yuzu juice. We find the beauty of yuzu in an ideal composition.
