White sage ・ Purification

Used in fumigation, white sage has a strong purifying power. It has a reputation for chasing negative vibes. Use it before your meditation, yoga, reiki session or when you feel the need. You can also light your sage white incense before a moon ritual for example. How to use white sage? Light your stick of sage and let it burn for a few seconds.
