The organic two-phase dressing contains a composition of cold-pressed olive oil, grape must and vinegar as well as freshly harvested, ripe peaches and oranges. Everything comes from the sunny island of Crete, where the fruits were able to develop an aromatic sweetness and a strong taste.  This combination creates a balance of sweetness and acidity - exactly what a fresh dressing should have!    The organic two-phase dressing brings the Greek summer straight into your kitchen! Just shake it briefly and you have a perfectly seasoned, fruity dressing!    What do I use the organic two-phase dressing for? The organic two-phase dressing is ideal for dressing salads. Especially in the spring and summer seasons, its intense fruity notes can add that special something to pasta, potato and green salads.  The organic two-phase dressing also goes well with cheese variations or for marinating fish and poultry. A must for that extra kick of freshness in your favorite salad!    Cultivation & producers All of our delicious balsamic creations from Crete are united by the philosophy of valuing traditional knowledge and production processes, which we combine with the latest technology. The most important basis is the hand-picked selection of raw materials of the highest quality. After all, hardly anyone knows better than the Greeks that the secret of a good meal lies not in the length but in the quality of the list of ingredients. In this tradition, we use only natural ingredients without artificial additives or colorings and do not add sulfites or refined sugar. The color of grape vinegar is influenced by the color of the peel. We only use local grape varieties from the island of Crete. The varieties Kotsifali, Liatiko and Romeiko are used for the dark variant. Why “enjoyment with a good feeling”? 100% of our products and ingredients are organic or Naturland certified. We do not put additives or preservatives in our (deposit) glass! We only use selected ingredients whose producers and origins we know personally. It is particularly important to us to maintain a direct, appreciative and fair partnership. The tea herbs and spices are packaged in trusting cooperation with people with disabilities.
