The organic two-phase vinaigrette can be used as a classic dressing for any green salad. It is also suitable as a base for sauces, for marinating vegetables and, with the spicy essence of garlic, also excellent for any dish from Mediterranean cuisine. Cultivation & producers All of our delicious balsamic creations from Crete are united by the philosophy of valuing traditional knowledge and production processes, which we combine with the latest technology. The most important basis is the hand-picked selection of raw materials of the highest quality. The color of grape vinegar is influenced by the color of the peel. We only use local grape varieties from the island of Crete. We do not put additives or preservatives in our (deposit) glass! We only use selected ingredients whose producers and origins we know personally.
