98% of the almonds we consume in France are imported. To change things, I created Biscuits Félix, an artisanal biscuit factory in Montpellier. Biscuits Félix uses 100% local ingredients, and in particular Occitanie almonds, to create gourmet recipes with a taste of yesteryear!

My recipes use butter from Lozère or Corrèze, flours from Occitania, hazelnuts from the South-West, walnuts from Isère, and many other delicacies...
