Seafood spaghetti in BULK format - 1Kg bag

This seaweed is aptly named, its fine and long shape gives it the appearance of a large hair when it arises at low tide. We harvest it in the spring on the beautiful coasts of Finistère. Ideal in a pan or vegetable gratin, sea spaghetti (also called sea bean) seasons a cream sauce for fish or a vegetarian pizza.
