Champagne Anatom Blanc Vrai is a 100% Pinot Blanc, a great first for Gyéjacquot. This cuvée is a “must”, a rare and original Champagne. Its nose reveals aromas of white fruits (apple and apricot). Its mouth is smooth, well dressed in bound and persistent bubbles. The finish is slightly peppery, typical of Pinot Blanc. Champagne Anatom Blanc Vrai will go perfectly with fatty fish (tuna, salmon) or with a platter of soft, soft cheese.
