Cuvée Florilège 2020 AOC Côtes du Rhône Village Visan Bio

APPELLATION: AOC Côtes du Rhône Village Visan Rouge VINTAGE: 2020 DESCRIPTION: Ruby red color, brilliant.   The delicious nose of red and black fruits such as wild blackberry, combined with a touch of licorice and mint.   Supple and round mouth, very soft and delicious.   A perfect balance between freshness and silky tannins, accompanied by a beautiful volume.   We find the same fruit notes as on the nose.   The finish is long and fruity.   Gourmet and flirtatious wine to enjoy as an aperitif or with a dish. GRAPES: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah KEEPING: 1 - 6 years.   It is designed to be drunk in its youth, where it will be at its peak of deliciousness, but it can withstand a few years of waiting. 
 VINIFICATION: Traditional, vatting for around two weeks, with flexible and light work, which will favor light extraction, to remain in a fresh, delicious and low-tannin conformation.   The temperature does not exceed 26°C, always with the aim of preserving this crunchy fruitiness and very soft substance.   SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15 - 17°, it is a red wine that can be drunk relatively chilled, especially in summer.    PAIRING: It will be perfect served as an aperitif or starter, with a raw fennel salad for example, it is an easy wine to enjoy.   It can accompany certain cold meats, white meats, fish and cheeses.
