After natural fermentation, this wine rests on its lees for 12 months, undergoing regular stirring to develop its exceptional aromatic complexity. Its golden color with green highlights catches the eye, while its nose reveals captivating aromas of juicy pineapple, pears and fresh herbs. On the palate, this Natural wine is distinguished by its suppleness and elegance. Its mineral finish completes this unique sensory experience. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a perfect pairing with a scallop carpaccio or a tasty baked trout dish.
