Stand neighbors at the Bio Austria trade fair in Wieselburg 2019 also had time to talk and so the idea for SchoarfeWürze was born. With JULIBERG, Thomas Schauer has specialized in the cultivation of organic chilies in the Mühlviertel. From the seed to the seedling to the ripe chili, everything is monitored with a lot of love and dedication. After a series of tests, the perfect mixture was found. The seasoning should not be too spicy but not too mild either. The result brings together one of the hottest chili varieties in the world, the Carolina Reaper, with the hearty Viennese spice. The spiciness is about half as hot as the well-known Tabasco sauces. Like the WienerWürze, the SchoarfeWürze is suitable for a variety of recipes or for seasoning at the table. It fits perfectly to: to mix a Bloody Mary to pimp a stew to season a salsa and much more
