In addition to the most well-known rubs such as Texas Rub or Magic Dust, our Australian BBQ Rub with a round flavor is the perfect all-rounder for meat, fish and vegetables. The rub is less sweet than the Texas rub and has a subtle, spicy aroma. Paprika, garlic, some chili and aromatic herbs such as bay leaf, thyme and oregano harmonize here in this spice mixture, which you can use for marinating as well as for seasoning. You can use the Australian BBQ Rub as a dry marinade or wet marinade. The dry version: Generously rub the grilled food directly with the Australian BBQ Rub and off to the grill. The wet variant: Mix some of the rub with olive oil or lime juice to form a paste. Thoroughly work the wet marinade into your meat (or veggies and tofu), wrap in cling film, and leave to soak for a few hours. Fits well with: Grilled meat, fish, vegetables, tofu
