Sinful caramel cream with dark chocolate

With this caramel cream we went one better and added fine chocolate. The combination is the real sin! Goes on coffee, in coffee, becomes liquid again when warm and can be used as a topping on muffins, cakes, ice cream & Co. Only the best ingredients go into our caramel cream and so it is the epitome of our claim: #dick drunk and happy. We melt sugar properly, pour thick, fat, hot cream on top and cook butter with it - more sin is hardly possible. The chocolate makes a really round thing out of it!
