Half Reserve ham 24 months curing, boneless

Reserve Ham, 24 months maturing or “Hambon Masia” which means “Ham of the house”. All stages of manufacturing our hams are carried out manually by passionate artisan refiners. Our “Landrace” pigs (pink pigs) are raised in the wild in the Catalonia region of Spain. This is an artisanal, numbered and limited production. Salted with sea salt, the reserve ham is matured for 24 months.
