Chickpea hummus, basil & toasted cashew nuts with pesto inspiration... It breathes a little air of dolce vita around the table, the Italian rivieira is not very far... We pre-soak our legume seeds before cooking to facilitate the absorption of vitamins and minerals. We use a High Pressure preservation process, respectful of taste, vitamins and minerals and guaranteeing the use of real, simple and natural ingredients, without colorings or preservatives, exactly like in your own kitchen...
