AOP chestnut cream with candied peel

Chestnuts are of course at the heart of our tradition. They are all Ardèche and come from the forests bordering our workshop. Our gourmet versions will make you discover exquisite combinations. Chestnuts, candied orange peel, French sugar and spring water from the Ardèche mountains, these are the main ingredients of our artisanal chestnut creams. In order to preserve the authenticity of our recipes, we cook the fruit in traditional copper cauldrons. We process the fruits as simply as possible to preserve all their flavor.
