The only breed of pig whose fat contains omega 3 & 6.   Our products are developed with our Celtic Pigs, then prepared in an artisanal and supportive manner in an adapted work workshop (ESAT).   All the pieces of pig are put into terrines, like the finest pieces, which gives them great taste quality!   Their productions promote local and regional employment accessible to all.  It is a citizen commitment to the sustainability of human-scale businesses in rural areas.   Outdoor pig farming represents 1% of French pig farming!
