At Ferme Celtique we raise our animals (Angus beef, Celtic pork) freely on our 32 hectares of organic natural meadows.

We have preserved and preserved our trees, our hedges, our embankments so that our animals can find food there, protect themselves from bad weather and give birth discreetly in these natural shelters.

Our meadows are biodiversity reserves with a bocage conservatory for flora and a refuge area for fauna.

Our animals have slow and balanced growth, without growth activators or synthetic products, in a healthy environment free of all pesticides.

Respect the Earth by raising our animals there, taking advantage of what nature offers us without damaging it, naturally enhancing it through the regulation of the life cycle and its ecosystem.

Living at the Celtic Farm, and in homage to its origins, we have renamed WESTERN WHITE PORK “Celtic Pork”!
This pig of Celtic origin populated the West of France from the Middle Ages until the 1970s. It remains witness to a long tradition of extensive breeding but is unfortunately in the process of disappearing.

This breed is unsuitable for industrial breeding, it cannot tolerate the concentration of animals, it needs to live outdoors, without stress, otherwise it will die.
It consumes little fossil fuels and helps in the good management of organic fertilization.

Their growth is slow as in the past, and they are fond of seasonal fruits!
Unlike industrial pork, raised between 5 and 6 months, Celtic pork takes 12 to 13 months for its meat to be red and tasty.

Our products are developed, then prepared in an artisanal and supportive manner in an adapted work workshop (C.A.T).
No Nitrites or Nitrates added, no colorings or preservatives. 100% natural and ethical products!
The only breed of pig whose fat contains omega 3 & 6.

Outdoor pig farming represents less than 1% of French pig farming.
