Why Sillon?
When choosing the name which is not an easy task, we wanted a powerful identity close to the land and our farmers. A name that implies long and straight work. So Sillon, the idea came to us.
Like a FURROW of earth, always straight in our values, each recipe being unique like when we turn the earth.

It is David GOETZ, a former Chef and grocer who has put all his know-how into the creation and production of recipes to give a new lease of life to the canning profession with both classic and original recipes, always with a twist in terms of spices.
