ÉRaised outdoors and fed on locally produced feed, these black pigs offer tender and tasty meat, renowned for its superior quality. To enhance this exceptional meat, we use black Kampot pepper PGI from Cavya Poivre. Renowned for its complex aromas combining woody and subtly fruity notes, this pepper brings a unique aromatic depth to our recipe.
