Bocaux de chef is the cannery of the Les Toques cooking house founded in 1995 by 3 passionate chefs trained at Ferrandi and in starred establishments.
In 2020, armed with our Toques, we set out to meet the chefs of your favorite restaurants in order to offer their signature dishes in jars to as many people as possible.
