Bocaux de chef is the canning business of the culinary establishment Les Toques, founded in 1995 by 3 passionate chefs trained at Ferrandi and in Michelin-starred restaurants.
In 2020, armed with our chef's hats, we set out to meet the chefs of your favorite restaurants in order to offer their signature dishes in jars to as many people as possible.
Fresh, seasonal produce, sourced locally, prepared by talented chefs such as: Mélanie Serre from the restaurant "Le Louis Vins", David Rathgeber from "L'Assiette", Guillaume Delage from "Au Père Lapin", Stéphane Jégo from "L'Ami Jean", Pierre Augé, Alessandra Montagne, Juan Arbelaez… Braised beef with citrus, Osso Buco, Chicken curry with coconut milk… Small batches that evolve with the seasons and our encounters.Chef's Jars is a member of the Culinary College of France
