Ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, between Sarlat and the Dordogne valley, Lagreze Foie Gras is an artisanal cannery on a human scale. For over 30 years, our respect for Périgord gastronomy has been evident in our duck and goose foie gras, our duck breasts, confits, pâtés, and more.
In the past, in the Périgord region, our grandmothers fattened ducks or raised pigs and poultry, just like on all farms, and cooked these meats to feed their families.
Today, we draw inspiration from these recipes to offer you products of great taste quality but also respectful of the culinary traditions of our beautiful Périgord.
