For over 35 years, we have been raising our black pigs outdoors on our land in the Tarn, respecting animal welfare and farming traditions. All our charcuterie and specialties are processed directly in our artisanal workshop, guaranteeing total control of quality – from breeding to plate.
Our ducks and poultry come from a trusted partner in Tarn, with whom we have been working for over 20 years. This requirement for traceability and know-how is found in each of our recipes, enhanced at the table of our farm inn (open since 1988).
