A know-how since 1988, we raise black pigs in the middle of nature on our land in the Tarn and all our products are then transformed in our workshop, on site. The ducks and poultry come from another Tarn farm with whom we have been working for more than 20 years.
Basically, this means that we control the entire production chain, from the birth of the animal to the plate. And so we can guarantee the quality of all our products. In addition, our products have been more than validated at the farm inn table that we have been running since 1988.
That's why our meat is so tasty and tender!
