About Ferme les Acacias
Épig raisers from father to son for 30 years in URT in the Basque Country, 15 km from Bayonne. Our products are made from animals raised in our country, and fed with locally grown cereals. The pigs are fattened to maturity then cut and processed on the farm using traditional methods.
Concerned about maintaining a quality product, we fatten our pigs for longer. This allows you to have marbled meat (tasty, tasty, etc.).)in the purest tradition of our pigs of yesteryear.
