OLIO DI SERRA is the story of a Franco-Italian family whose roots go deep into the Puglia region.
HASSerracapriola, our village of origin, we produce a primeur extra virgin olive oil: OLIO DI SERRA which we distribute in France and Europe. It is in Lyon, my hometown, that I developed my business accompanied by my father Dante.
Around our olive oil, our desire remains the same: to promote our land and the region's know-how. This is why we offer typical Gargano artisan products, meticulously sourced.
A range of extra fresh, dry, artisanal cheeses directly from Gargano in northern Puglia:
- Mozzarella and Tresse made from raw buffalo milk, plain or smoked, available in several formats
- Burrata plain, smoked or with Italian black truffle, available in several formats
- Stracciatella plain, or with Italian black truffle, available in several formats
- Ricotta di bufala, available in several formats
- Blue buffalo cheese
- Fresh, matured, semi-matured Pecorino, with pepper, pistachio, Italian black truffle, chilli pepper
- Buffalo tomes matured with wheat, hay, chilli pepper
A range of typical, artisanal cold cuts directly from Gargano in northern Puglia:
- Salsicia with sweet and spicy fennel
- Boneless prosciutto with Gargano herbs
- Capocollo with red wine and nature
